Jiffy Knee Technique and Robotic Joint Replacement Now Available at Ortho Las Vegas Fort Apache
Las Vegas, United States – July 14, 2026 / Ortho Las Vegas /
Ortho Las Vegas has relocated to a larger, purpose-built facility at 6190 S Fort Apache Road in Southwest Las Vegas, consolidating its orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, and regenerative medicine Las Vegas services under one roof. The new space features on-site imaging, expanded exam and procedure rooms, and a single center for surgical, non-surgical, and biologic orthopedic care.
The practice is led by orthopedic surgeons Dr. Roddy McGee (William R. McGee, DO) and Dr. Justin Limtong, DO. As a recognized orthopedic surgeon Las Vegas patients have relied on throughout the Las Vegas Valley, Dr. McGee is known for the Jiffy Knee technique, a muscle-sparing approach to knee replacement Las Vegas patients can access that is designed for a faster and less painful recovery compared to traditional methods. Dr. Limtong specializes in robotic joint replacement, anterior muscle-sparing hip replacement, and revision procedures. Together, the two physicians cover the full range of knee, shoulder, and hip care, both surgical and non-surgical.
“Our goal has always been to give people in Las Vegas a place where they can get answers and treatment in one visit,” said Dr. Roddy McGee, orthopedic surgeon and founder of Ortho Las Vegas. “The new Fort Apache location lets us do that with more room, on-site imaging, and the same team patients already trust.”
The new center addresses the full spectrum of orthopedic conditions, from rotator cuff injuries and knee arthritis to sports injuries and fractures, offering surgical intervention when indicated and biologic options when appropriate.
Regenerative medicine Las Vegas patients can now access is a central component of the practice at Ortho Las Vegas. Available treatments draw on a patient’s own biology to support the healing process, including platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and bone marrow concentrate, which contains the body’s own live stem cells. These biologic treatments are prepared from the patient’s own cells on the same day and are applied to support the body’s natural repair process in certain joint, tendon, and soft-tissue conditions. Because the same surgeons also perform joint replacement, patients receive a direct assessment of whether a biologic treatment, surgery, or a combination of both is the appropriate course of action for their specific situation.
“Regenerative medicine is a real part of what we do, not a sideline,” said Dr. McGee. “When we can use a patient’s own biology, like platelet-rich plasma or bone marrow concentrate with its own live stem cells, to support healing, that is often a good first step. And when surgery is the right answer, we do that too. Patients get the full range in one place.”
