Capchase, the embedded vendor financing platform for enterprise technology, today announced the general availability of Mila, a 24/7 AI deal desk for vendor financing. Vendors on Capchase can now email Mila a quote, mention her in Slack or open a chat at finance.new, and get back a priced financing proposal, a buyer credit decision and ready-to-sign paperwork in the same conversation, in seconds, at any hour.
Getting an enterprise technology deal financed still runs on bank hours, in a vendor and equipment financing market worth $1.3 trillion. The deals themselves do not. Questions as simple as “Is my customer approved?” or “What would monthly payments look like?” can take days of back-and-forth, and every change to a deal starts another round. Mila answers on the spot and does the work to get the deal financed the same day.
“Financing a deal should not take longer than selling it,” said Miguel Fernandez, CEO and co-founder of Capchase. “Mila runs on the schedule of the deal, not the bank. She answers at 2 p.m. or 2 a.m., and paperwork stops being the reason a sale slips into next quarter.”
Working with Mila, a vendor’s seller can:
- Send a PDF quote and receive, in seconds, a branded financing proposal with up to three payment options priced against the buyer’s available credit, or work backward from a budget: “What would it take to keep this under $2,500 a month?”
- Create the order and buyer payment link, attach the vendor’s own order form and assemble the full financing agreement for legal review
- Check where a deal stands at any time: link opened, payment method added, agreement signed
Running a vendor financing program by hand takes a large team moving paper between sales, credit and legal. Mila takes on that work, so a deal desk can put its attention on structuring the best deal rather than on managing the back-and-forth. She works from each deal desk’s own context, including approval criteria and pricing.
There is nothing to install and nothing to learn. An existing deal desk can start by forwarding its next quote, and a rep who can write an email already knows how to use her. When a deal needs a person, she hands it over with the full context.
“Capchase and Mila have supported our sales motion with fast, high-quality support that keeps deals moving. We receive near instant responses over email and Slack, so our reps never lose momentum with prospects and can close opportunities more efficiently,” said John McAvoy, VP of Sales at Barracuda.
Mila builds on Capchase’s AI underwriting infrastructure, which decisions more than 90% of financing applications in under a minute. Earlier this year Capchase introduced its Agentic Lending Coordinator, compressing a financing workflow that took roughly eight hours into about 60 seconds. Since entering beta this summer, more than 75% of financing actions handled by Capchase’s deal desk have run through Mila, and vendor deal desks including Verkada and Barracuda now run financing through her in Slack.
“We built our portal to be the best in the industry, and close to $2 billion in deals has gone through it,” said Guli Moreno, co-founder of Capchase. “But every portal still requires manual, tedious input. Mila removes that step. You tell her what you need and the work gets done.”
Mila is available today to all Capchase vendors at no additional cost, by email, in Slack and at finance.new. Vendors can start a conversation at finance.new or ask their Capchase account manager to add Mila to their Slack channel. Learn more at: capchase.com/resources-hub.
