GLP-1 users can now log doses and track weight and body composition in one app
CARY, NC, UNITED STATES, October 14, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — MeThreeSixty, the mobile 3D body scanning app developed by Size Stream, today announced GLP-1 Dose Tracking, which brings medication history together with longitudinal body data, and FutureMe Moment, a feature that creates an AI-generated video showing users a visualization of their future selves. The update gives users one place to track GLP-1 doses alongside weight, body composition, body measurements and 3D body scans, while visualizing personal goals beyond the number on a scale.
The update builds on MeThreeSixty’s platform, which has supported more than 3 million scans from more than 1 million members, and addresses a growing demand for simpler, all-in-one body tracking.
With GLP-1 Dose Tracking, users can follow their GLP-1 plan by recording medication names, doses and personal notes, and they can log injection sites with each dose to monitor rotation over time. Users focused on weight loss can continue tracking weight, body composition metrics and 3D body scans alongside their medication history.
In addition to dose tracking, MeThreeSixty is launching FutureMe Moment, a new feature designed to help users stay motivated toward their health goals. Users upload a headshot and enter a target weight, and FutureMe Moment combines those details with their 3D scan data to create an AI-generated video of the user’s future self, offering an aspirational look at what they are working toward. The feature builds on FutureMe, an existing MeThreeSixty feature that lets users add or reduce weight on their current 3D model to visualize their goal body. As users continue tracking, each new scan shows how their body is changing over time.
“When someone starts a GLP-1, their doctor informs them of the importance of maintaining muscle mass,” said Jay Rudman, CEO of Size Stream. “Then they go home and step on a scale that can’t tell them anything about it. Now they can log their GLP-1 dose and see what happens to their lean mass over time. Additionally, FutureMe Moment shows them where all that work is headed. People shouldn’t need four apps to keep track of one health plan. We want MeThreeSixty to be the only one they need.”
Powered by the same scanning technology used by leading pharmaceutical firms in their clinical trials, MeThreeSixty provides an accessible alternative to complex hardware by delivering detailed body data directly through a smartphone camera. In a scan that typically takes less than a minute, the platform shares 21 body measurements along with body composition metrics such as body fat percentage and lean mass. In a peer-reviewed study published in the 3DBODY.TECH Journal in December 2025, Size Stream researchers proved that the platform’s mobile body fat mass estimates closely matched DXA scans, the clinical standard for measuring body composition, with an R² value above 0.96 on a scale where 1.0 is a perfect match.
To protect user privacy, body scans are processed using anonymous silhouettes, so the full-body photos taken during a scan are not uploaded or stored in the cloud.
GLP-1 Dose Tracking and FutureMe Moment are free and available now on iOS and Android. GLP-1 Dose Tracking is available in English and Spanish in every country where MeThreeSixty is offered. To learn more about visualizing your health journey with MeThreeSixty, visit methreesixty.com.
